New Build Bungalow

In 2019 we purchased a plot of land on the east coast. The plot originally had planning for a four bedroom detached house. After carrying out a cost analysis we realised it would not be viable to build the house. We then went back into planning for a two bedroom bungalow which we are hoping to use as a holiday home.

Residential Development

The site for this residential development had permission to build four semi-detached dwellings. The properties are modern in design with living space spread over three floors. The site also includes car parking for residents.

Detached Dwellings

The site for this project would allow two new detached dwellings to be built. Both properties offer modern layouts with living space spread over three floors. Each property would also have space to park two cars.

Housing Development for building control

This project involved creating technical drawings for different house types for a development project. Specification drawings were needed to outline structural details for the property.
