Loft Conversion and Single Storey Extension
This project gained a lot of extra living space at all floor levels. A two storey rear extension provided a spacious kitchen/dining area at ground floor level and a large bedroom at first floor level. At second floor, the creation of a box dormer allowed space for a master bedroom with an ensuite.

Loft conversion
This project allowed our clients to create a new floor within the existing roof space of their property. This provided an extra bedroom with an ensuite facility as well as an additional space that could be used as a bedroom/study.
