Single Storey Rear Extension
This project allowed the existing kitchen and dining rooms to be converted to one large space, incorporating a sun room. This gives a more open plan feel to the ground floor living space. The addition of bi-fold doors and full length windows allows plenty of natural light into the new space.

Create a stunning modern extension to a old station masters cottage at the side of a railway line.

Single Storey Rear/Side Extension
This Grade II listed property had previously gained planning permission for a garage and workshop. Our clients returned to us as they wanted to add a single storey rear extension. Due to the listed status we aimed to create a distinct separation between the new and old buildings by using a glazed link.

This was quite an involved project that entailed extending the property, converting the garage, and changing the internal layout. This provided our clients with extra space that was better suited to their daily living needs.
